Gross fares in the app are not what you take home. This free calculator shows what Uber or Bolt drivers in Poland really keep each week after the platform commission, fleet partner fee, fuel, car rental and taxes, plus your true net hourly rate.

You keep per week
0 PLN
Net per hour–
Net per month (≈4.33 weeks)–
Share of fares you keep–

Estimates only, based on the numbers you enter. Commission, fees and taxes vary by city, partner and tax form. Check your app statements and ask an accountant (księgowa) about taxes. Not financial or tax advice.

How the calculator works

  1. Commission is deducted from your gross fares (the percentage from your weekly statement).
  2. Weekly costs are subtracted: fleet partner fee, fuel or charging, car rental or leasing, and other costs such as insurance and servicing.
  3. Tax and contributions are applied as the percentage you enter, on what is left after costs.
  4. The result is shown per week, per month (×4.33) and per hour, plus the share of your gross fares you actually keep.

Worked example

Using the example values in the calculator: 3,000 PLN gross fares in 45 hours, 25% commission (750 PLN), weekly costs of 1,300 PLN (partner 100, fuel 500, car 600, other 100) and 12% tax on the remaining 950 PLN (114 PLN). The driver keeps 836 PLN a week, about 19 PLN per hour, which is only 28% of the gross fares. Your own numbers will differ, so enter them above.

How to raise your net hourly rate

  • Drive more of your hours at peak times (mornings, evenings, weekends, events) when demand is higher.
  • Compare fleet partners: their weekly fee or revenue share makes a big difference.
  • Check whether renting, leasing or owning a car is cheaper for the hours you drive.
  • Track every cost for a few weeks so your estimate reflects reality.
